Fast wide-angle lens
It is particularly suitable for landscape and architectural photography as well as for reportage and video shooting. The completely newly developed optical design ensures consistently high imaging performance throughout the entire image field and enables images with high contrast and harmonious bokeh. With a maximum aperture of 1.4, shots are possible even in unfavorable lighting conditions, and even at open aperture there is hardly any color fringing.

Robust construction
The metal housing makes the lens robust; the dust and splash water protection means that the ZEISS Milvus 1.4|25 can also be used in bad weather. The long focus rotation angle of 172 degrees allows precise manual focusing for creative photo and video shooting.

Largest lens family from ZEISS
With eleven focal lengths from 15 to 135 millimeters including two macro focal lengths, the ZEISS Milvus family covers many areas of application, for example portrait, landscape, architecture and street photography.

Also suitable for videographers
The four ZEISS Milvus focal lengths 25, 35, 50 and 85 millimeters with an aperture of 1.4 are ideal for filming. Due to their light intensity, they are particularly suitable for interviews and documentaries where natural light can be used. Thanks to the de-click function on the version for Nikon mount, the aperture can be adjusted continuously. ZEISS Lens Gears in various sizes enable the use of follow-focus systems.
