The XCD 90mm is equipped with a newly developed leaf shutter that allows flash sync times up to 1|2000. Built in Sweden, the shutter requires no more energy in the closed or open state thanks to powerful Neodyn magnets.

Despite the enormous speed of the shutter blades, the shutter is extremely robust and achieved well over 1,000,000 releases under test conditions. Thanks to this improved design, the vibration of the leaf shutter is extremely low, which is particularly beneficial for long exposures.
