According to JIS 7 specifications, the binoculars are waterproof*, making them suitable for even the most demanding outdoor use. The rubber armoring and the high grip security in moisture make it the ideal companion for every adventure. To prevent fogging on the inner lenses, all outer surfaces are provided with a special metal coating.

High-contrast premium 10x magnification binoculars feature Canon's precision L Series optics with 2UD (Ultra-low Dispersion) lenses and Super Spectra coating for extremely clear viewing. The 4.2 mm exit pupil ensures a bright image even in low-light conditions 

Extremely smooth image

Canon's Image Stabilizer (IS) technology provides an impressively smooth image, as the IS compensates for a variety of unwanted shakes, such as those that occur during unsupported stops or in moving vehicles and boats. Tiny gyro sensors detect even slight vibrations; Canon's Vari-Angle Prism (VAP) image stabilizer uses a microprocessor to shift the prisms so they instantly correct for the angle of incidence of light.

Easy to find the subject thanks to first-class viewing angle

The binoculars offer a comfortable field of view and a bright, crisp, flattened and distortion-free view from center to edge with a generous 59.2° apparent field of view and two Canon field flattening lenses. Thanks to the 16 mm far-rear exit pupil, the binoculars are also ideal for eyeglass wearers.

Specially designed for easy and comfortable use

The eyepieces are equipped with adjustable rubber eyecups that can be customized for comfortable and balanced use. The focusing rotation mechanism can be conveniently operated with one finger in either hand. A special lock prevents accidental adjustment of the eyepiece diopter setting.
